Due to dredging operations taking place in the vicinity of Durban’s international/visitors jetty, the jetty has been temporarily removed. One’s only option, if sailing in to Durban in the next few weeks, and one hasn’t organised a prior walk on mooring, would be to anchor in the Silburn channel.

Does anyone have information/opinions on sailing from Seychelles,Chagos, Cocos Keeling, Australia (Onslow seems closest to Cocos). This should be 3628 nm altogether. Would it be possible to make this passage now in July?
